About
A network that can't be rebuilt from its own documentation is a single point of failure.
This site is the portable memory of the camp mesh: how to join it, how to flash for it, where to go when the radio goes silent. It's built to survive with no upstream internet — every byte ships in the bundle, so it works off a laptop, off the Freifunk wifi, off a USB stick passed hand to hand.
We run three stacks, parallel and unbridged: Meshcore (primary — where the services live), Meshtastic (supported, no services from us), and Reticulum (educational, for the workshops). Pick one and go. No gateways, no magic interop, no cloud.
This is our own thing — not a brand, not a product, not DWeb-official. Just the people keeping the camp talking when the towers don't. If you're reading this on the mesh with the internet down: it's working.
Lost? Mesh Nest, tent 5. Radio dark? Matrix — #dweb-mesh:dod.ngo (in the footer of every page). That's how you reach a human.
